2 lbs. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained.
1 t. garlic powder
1/4 t. pepper
1/2 t. salt
2 T. worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together. Make burger patties. Grill. Then make up your burgers however you normally would. We *love* ours on ciabatta rolls. Super delish.
(This makes about 6 man-size burgers.)
PS - I was going to take a picture tonight of these - but we had the missionaries over for dinner and I thought that would be kind of weird. Will take picture of my next creation. ;)

We made these for dinner last night and they were GREAT! A nice change from the normal BEEF burger. Not to mention you can't taste the spinach, so they are healthy. THANKS FOR the RECIPE STEPH!
i liked these too, but some of them kind of fell apart on our grill -- i wonder if i didn't dry the spinach enough??? but i will totally make them again.
